About Cowiretech
A specialist spring business built around practical industrial requirements.
Cowiretech Limited was incorporated in 2025 with a focus on industrial helical springs. Based in Hailsham, East Sussex, we work around compression, extension and torsion spring requirements for machinery, equipment and engineered assemblies.
Spring enquiries are rarely useful when reduced to a product name alone. Geometry, material, loading, environment, movement, end form and quantity can all affect what needs to be discussed before a meaningful quotation is prepared. Our approach is therefore specification-led: start with the application, establish the information available, then work towards a clear commercial requirement.
Across our team, we bring together decades of combined experience. That experience supports a hands-on way of working with engineers, buyers, maintenance teams and other industrial customers who value direct communication and sensible questions at the start of an enquiry.
Some customers will arrive with a complete drawing and a defined purchasing requirement; others may be trying to identify a replacement from an existing spring or a set of basic dimensions. We treat both as valid starting points. What matters is separating what is known from what still needs to be confirmed, so the quotation conversation is based on useful information rather than assumptions.
We also recognise that the people involved in a spring enquiry may have different priorities. An engineer may be focused on geometry and movement, a buyer on quantity and commercial terms, and a maintenance team on identifying a workable replacement. Our role is to keep those points connected and make it straightforward to move from the initial requirement to the information needed for a quotation.
Cowiretech is a young company with a focused proposition. We aim to combine the responsiveness of a small specialist business with a professional quotation process, clear communication and an industrial product range presented without unnecessary complexity. As the business develops, the focus remains the same: practical spring enquiries, direct communication and a customer experience that makes technical and commercial next steps easier to understand.
Application first
We begin with what the spring needs to do, not with a generic product recommendation.
Clear inputs
Dimensions, drawings, samples, material preferences and operating context help reduce assumptions.
Direct communication
Commercial and technical questions can be discussed together so the next step remains clear.
